I currently play as a 110k Warlord in Cabal Return of Action

I currently play as a 110k Warlord (WA) in Cabal Return of Action, and I’d like to share my journey and insights with the community. Initially, I purchased a normal Palla +18 two-slot with EU3 DU11, which significantly boosted my strength, allowing me to breeze through dungeons at an impressive pace.

However, the game-changer for me was when I crafted a three-slot CM Palla +20 with EU4 DU12 GS. Back then, this weapon set me back around 57 billion alz, but now EU4 2H weapons are available for about 8-9 billion (in NA), and DU13 is considered even better. If you can afford it, I highly recommend aiming for DU14. It’s crucial to note that one Greatsword is equivalent to two Blades or Orbs, and the benefits of Extreme Upgrade and Divine Upgrade are doubled as well. Greatswords offer double the stats of other weapons while being only a fraction of their price, making them incredibly valuable.

Acquiring the 3-slot CM Palla +20 EU4 DU12 drastically accelerated my progress. Every new item, collection, and merit contributed significantly to my Attack Ability (AA). I reached a point where I could eliminate any dungeon boss before they could pose a threat. My completion times in short dungeons matched those of AA Wizards, despite their higher damage during shorts and the advantage of Blink. The distinct advantage for WA lies in the class’s long shorts with very low cooldowns, a feature unique to this class.

Tanking has never been an issue for me. I consistently use Bloody Spirit in every dungeon, with a full-time duration of 60 seconds and a cooldown of 60 seconds. If you can utilize Bloody Spirit effectively, you can farm as efficiently as a Warrior. Your only advantage may be the cost-effectiveness of WA’s AA/Greatsword+EU+DU. With higher AA, your Bloody Spirit becomes more effective, providing additional benefits. Proper use of shorts minimizes the risk of death, allowing you to defeat any boss within approximately 30 seconds, right as Panic Cry ends.

In the NA server, WAs were initially scarce, but many powerful players have since rerolled to WA. Nevertheless, the class remains relatively uncommon in wars and dungeon parties, presenting the advantage of increased chances for higher ranks and better rewards, particularly in World Boss events.

Notably, WA has the potential to compete with Warriors and other classes in wars, even when they have 100-150k more AA. The scarcity of WA participants in World Bosses further enhances the chance of achieving higher ranks and better Cabal Return of Action Gems or Alz rewards.

I want to emphasize the importance of Extreme and Divine upgrades for 2H weapons. These upgrades provide double the stats compared to their 1H counterparts, and you can acquire them for significantly less alz. WA’s proficiency with Greatswords, combined with these upgrades, offers a swift path to growth.

For those who believe they can capitalize on the advantages of Greatsword + EU + DU, WA can facilitate rapid progress. However, it’s essential to farm extensively and strategically. While other classes like BL and DM can solo some dungeons that WA might struggle with, WA’s growth potential, especially in the early stages, is noteworthy.

I must admit that my personal experience has been affected by an unusual degree of bad luck. While most players drop a rune after 50-200 runs, I often find myself running 2k+ times before obtaining one. Despite this, WA’s cost-effectiveness and efficient progression make it an attractive choice for players aiming to become formidable quickly. If luck is on your side, you might experience even faster growth than I did. WA is an affordable class, and leveraging its strengths can lead to substantial gains, making it a reliable shortcut to becoming a formidable player. As an avid player, these insights are based on my personal experience and observations within the Cabal community.
